- Full payment is required at the time of booking.
- We accept various forms of payment as indicated on our website.
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Cancellations must be made 24 hours before the scheduled departure time for a full refund.
- Late cancellations or no-shows will not be refunded.
5. Bonaire Nature Fee from STINAPA
- The sea around Bonaire and Klein Bonaire (Bonaire National Marine Park) is protected an managed by Stinapa. Users (also snorkeling and water activities) are required to pay a fee, known as the nature fee. Get your Bonaire Nature Fee from STINAPA. If you haven’t already, please acquire the Nature Tag for every passenger before your tour.
- NOTE: This fee is not mandatory for cruis ship visitors and residents (with an official ID) of Aruba, Bonaire, Curaçao, Sint-Maarten, Sint Eustatius, Saba and children under 12 years old.
6. Safety and Compliance
- Passengers must comply with all safety instructions given by the staff.
- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for non-compliance with safety measures.
7. Limitation of Liability
- Epic Watertaxi Klein Bonaire is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
