Parttime or Fulltime Water Taxi Captain

Are you an enthusiastic skipper with a passion for water and people? Do you have a valid boating license and like the idea of working in a unique location, surrounded by nature and water? Then we’re looking for you!

What will you do?

As a water taxi captain, you’ll be the face of our Epic Water Taxi service between Kralendijk and Klein Bonaire. You’ll safely and professionally transport passengers to and from their destination, always with a friendly attitude and in accordance with regulations. Your role will include:

• Working 2 to 5 days per week, with flexible scheduling
• Full-day shifts, especially during weekends and busy periods
• Occasionally stepping in when needed – you enjoy variety!

What do you bring?

• A valid boating license (Boat Master 3 / training available on Bonaire)
• Experience operating motorboats – you know your way on the water
• Enthusiasm and hospitality – you make every ride a pleasant experience
• Reliability and flexibility – you’re there when we need you
• Enjoyment of working outdoors, even when the weather isn’t perfect
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility when needed
